Where We Ship

We currently ship physical products only to eligible addresses within the United States where a shipping option is displayed at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within one day. Weekends, US holidays, high-volume periods, address verification, fraud review, weather, or product availability may extend processing. Processing time is the time required to prepare an order before carrier handoff.

We will contact you if a material delay affects the shipment date promised when the order was placed.

Delivery Estimates

The estimated delivery date or delivery range displayed at checkout and in the order confirmation applies to that order. Delivery dates are estimates unless a service is expressly identified as guaranteed.

If we learn that we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide notice, a revised shipment date, and the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund when required by applicable law.

Shipping Charges and Free Shipping

Orders with an eligible merchandise total of USD 50 or more qualify for free Standard Shipping to the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. Eligibility is determined by the order value shown by Shopify at checkout after applicable discounts and before payment.

Orders below USD 50 are charged the available carrier-calculated rate displayed at checkout.

Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, Palau, or AA, AE, and AP military addresses. Orders to these non-contiguous, island, territorial, and military destinations are charged the available carrier-calculated rate displayed at checkout. We do not publish a single fixed surcharge for these destinations.

Available rates depend on the destination, products, parcel details, carrier coverage, and service availability. The shipping amount displayed before payment is the amount that applies to the order.

Address Accuracy and Changes

Review the shipping address before submitting an order. Contact hello@mondsubs.com immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment begins or the parcel is transferred to the carrier.

If a parcel is returned because the customer supplied an incomplete or incorrect address, actual reshipping charges may apply. We will not charge a reshipment fee when the address error was ours.

Tracking and Multiple Packages

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address or phone number supplied at checkout. Some orders may arrive in more than one package, each with a separate tracking number and delivery date.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Contact hello@mondsubs.com if tracking has not updated for an unusual period or the parcel has not arrived by the latest delivery estimate. We may ask the carrier to trace the shipment. If the carrier confirms the parcel was lost before delivery, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be found, follow the “Packages Marked Delivered but Not Found” procedure in our Refund and Return Policy. We review delivery scans, address records, photographs, signatures, carrier findings, communications, and applicable law before deciding whether replacement or refund is appropriate.

Damage in Transit

Keep the product, packaging, and shipping label. Contact hello@mondsubs.com with photographs as soon as reasonably possible. Approved damaged-item claims are handled under our Refund and Return Policy.

Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for events outside our reasonable control, but this does not remove rights that apply when an order was not shipped or delivered as agreed. We will provide notices and remedies required by applicable law.
