This Privacy Policy explains how AVERLANE COMMERCE INC, doing business as MONDSUB (“MONDSUB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles personal information when you visit mondsubs.com, place an order, contact us, or use our services.

1. Information We Collect

• Contact and account data: name, email, phone, credentials, and billing and shipping addresses.
• Order data: products viewed or purchased, order value, discounts, returns, refunds, messages, and delivery records.
• Payment data: payment method, transaction identifiers, status, and limited card details from payment providers. We do not receive the full card number when a third party processes it.
• Device and usage data: IP address, browser, device identifiers, cookies, pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, and ad interactions.

2. Sources and Uses

We collect information from you, your device, Shopify, and providers such as payment processors, carriers, analytics and advertising services, fraud-prevention vendors, and support tools.

We use it to operate the store; process and deliver orders; provide support; manage returns and refunds; communicate; personalize and measure the site; conduct marketing; prevent fraud; investigate delivery and payment disputes; comply with law; and protect customers, MONDSUB, and others. Depending on the activity and applicable law, processing may be based on consent, contract, legal obligation, or legitimate interests.

3. Disclosures

We may disclose information to Shopify; payment processors; carriers and fulfillment partners; hosting, analytics, advertising, communications, fraud-prevention, and support vendors; professional advisers; authorities where lawfully required; and parties to a legitimate business transaction. We disclose information reasonably needed for the service, legal purpose, or your direction.

4. Shopify

Shopify hosts our store and processes information to provide the commerce platform and for certain purposes of its own. See Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies and Advertising

We and our providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technology to operate the site, remember preferences, understand use, prevent fraud, measure campaigns, and show or evaluate advertising. Manage these technologies through browser controls and, where available, our cookie or privacy-choice controls. Blocking them may affect site functions.

We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. Some advertising disclosures may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain US state laws. 6. Marketing

Use the unsubscribe link to stop promotional email. Reply STOP to promotional texts where that option is provided. We may still send non-promotional order, account, security, or legal messages.

We retain information as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain transaction and delivery evidence, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, meet tax and accounting duties, and comply with law. Periods vary by record and legal requirement. We delete or de-identify information when no longer reasonably needed unless retention is permitted or required.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. Use a unique password and notify us of suspected unauthorized activity.

8. Your Privacy Rights
