Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number, checkout email, or other proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hello@mondsubs.com or through WhatsApp. Please do not send anything back before support confirms your return instructions and return address. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, leaking, wrong, or missing items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, leaking, incorrect, defective, or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and parcel. Keep the packaging until support confirms the next step.
