Contact us before sending anything back. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

Return requests for eligible items must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged by the customer, and in original packaging with tags, labels, accessories, and inserts included when applicable.

Some items are not eligible for return or exchange, including opened or used items, personalized or custom items, final-sale items, gift cards, food or candy, hygiene-sensitive items, blind boxes, surprise items, trading cards, opened collectibles, and items with missing packaging or parts.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is caused by our mistake, a damaged item, or an incorrect item.

If a return or exchange is approved, we will send the next steps by email.
