Return Policy

Return requests must be approved before shipment. Email hello@mondsubs.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request.

Eligible items must be requested within 14 days of delivery and returned in original, resellable condition.

Items that are opened, used, washed, worn, personalized, final sale, missing packaging, damaged after delivery, or excluded by product type cannot be returned.

Use a trackable shipping service for approved returns. MONDSUB is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
