Refund Policy
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing an item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label when possible.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return or claim is reviewed. Your bank, card provider, or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the refund is caused by our mistake or a carrier issue we approve after review.
We do not refund items that are used, opened, damaged by the customer, returned without approval, outside the return window, or excluded by product type.
