Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, contact support as soon as possible.

Orders can usually be cancelled before fulfillment starts. Once an order has been packed, fulfilled, or handed to the carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

For urgent cancellation requests, email us and include your order number.
