If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if available.
Because this store sells skincare and personal care items, opened or used items are generally not eligible for return unless there is a product issue or fulfillment mistake.
If an unopened item is eligible for return, contact us within 14 days of delivery before sending anything back. Do not return an item without approval and instructions from support.
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method after inspection. Processing times can vary by bank or card provider.
